1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

2. Shipping Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days across India
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout
  • Free shipping may be available on selected offers or order values

4. Payment Methods

We offer multiple secure and convenient payment options:

Cash on Delivery (COD)
UPI Payments
Debit/Credit Cards

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across most serviceable pin codes. COD orders may require confirmation via call or WhatsApp before dispatch. Aradya Ayurved Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to cancel unverified COD orders.

UPI & Card Payments: Pay instantly using UPI apps like Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc. All debit/credit card payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways. Fast, secure, and recommended for quicker order processing.

5. Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation message
  • Once shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via SMS / WhatsApp / Email

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Remote locations
  • Weather conditions
  • Courier service disruptions
  • High order volumes

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect information or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply

8. Damaged or Tampered Package

  • If your package appears damaged, avoid accepting it (if possible)
  • Or report within 48 hours with photo/video proof
  • We will assist you with a replacement as per policy
