At Aradya Ayurved Pvt Ltd., customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of Nutraceuticals health products, we follow a strict refund policy.

1. No Return on Opened Products

For safety and hygiene reasons: Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Replacement Policy

We offer replacement only if:

Product is damaged during delivery
Wrong product is delivered

Conditions: Report within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photo/video proof.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only if:

Order is cancelled before dispatch
Product is unavailable or out of stock

Refund Processing: Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 working days.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12–24 hours of placing the order
Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed
